Those products are by another company, they are hoping you think their items are the same. The main difference is that this other company does not offer a long term or lifetime warranty. You have only the 90 days the store offers on returns. Plasmaglow will never be sold in stores, only by Plasmaglow and its authorized dealers.
Well, you are free to do so. But I am charging you less than the retail price. The retail price is what Plasmaglow will charge you. But feel free to check out Plasmaglow.com and compare. It will still be brand new but will cost more.
No, unless it is explicity stated otherwise, everything is brand new. It is going from the Plasmaglow factory/warehouse directly to you. It was never returned for repairs or used by somebody else.
Yes, I am authorized by the company to sell their products. That is the only way I could sell you the products. Plasmaglow is still getting their share of the transaction and I still have to go by their regulations.
It will be stated in the product description what kind of warranty goes with each product. When you receive your order, there will be a warranty form included or you can go to plasmaglow.com and click the warranty section. There you can fill out the online form(www.plasmaglow.com/warranty2.php). This must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and /or refunds must be in accordance with PlasmaGlow policy (http://www.plasmaglow/registration/)You have to inspect your shipment upon delivery. You must report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery. (see terms page for more information) Refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery and maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee After that time, all returns are by exchange only. Headlight bulbs do not require a return authorization number, and can simply be sent to the address below. Your return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box or it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Return shipping/handling fees for the repaired/replacement product may be required to be paid by the customer. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem must be included. The Warranty Claim form must be included. If you need assistance with the warranty process, you may contact the PlasmaGlow Warranty Department at 480-222-0401. If any of the required information is not included with the warranty claim, it will be denied and returned at the cost of the customer. The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at PlasmaGlow's option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back, and will be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the remainder of the warranty period. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

No, Plasmaglow is based right here in the United States. Its employees are hard working Americans and everything is made in the good ol' USA.
Due to how each payment option is set up, PayPal is slightly faster for me to process an order. But both are very good and worthy of your trust. So use the method that you prefer the most. Google doesn't initiate deposits on weekends or banking holidays. For example, if you charge an order on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday, your deposit will be initiated on Monday. If Monday is a banking holiday, your deposit will be initiated on Tuesday. I do not process the order til your payment is deposited into our account.
It usually takes 5 to 7 business ( excluding banking holidays) days after the payment is processed and deposited into our accounts. Credit cards are usually authorized and charged in minutes ( Google Checkout takes a few extra days to deposit the money). E-checks and bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to clear.
